BEST FIX: Steps to fix nintendo 3ds error has occurred

Ninentdo 3ds would say  “An error has occurred. Hold down the POWER Button to turn off the power, then turn it on and try again. For help, visit support.nintendo.com” and when you do hold down the power button, and then turn it back on; the same error comes up again. Just so you know, this error is called ”

This issue is caused by your wi-fi card in the Nintendo  3DS. In this guide, i will list down the steps you can take to fix the issue. If for any reason you are unable to follow steps or if you need additional assistance, feel free to post in the comments section below.

STEP 1: Open your Nintendo 3ds and locate the wi-fi card.

STEP 2: Unplug the wi-fi card. Be careful while doing this. Grab on each side and wiggle back and forth. DO NOT PRY IT OPEN like a lever.

see picture below of the wi-fi unplugged.

the connector inside is a small strip on the center edge. this is why you have to be careful as to not break it up.

STEP 3: Now pop it back in until you hear a click. Some times, it takes two clicks to ensure that it has been firmly seated back. This should fix the issue.
