BEST FIX: Error 0x800CCC13 after upgrading to Windows 10

Error 0x800ccc13 is a common Outlook error. However, many people are receiving this error after upgrading to Windows 10. The solution provided in this guide is specifically aimed at addressing this issue in Windows 10.

The reason why this error occurs is because the system files in Windows 10 during the upgrade have corrupted and most likely has caused permissions issues.

Before you continue with the steps below; make sure Outlook is closed.

To fix the issue; follow the steps below.

1. Click the start menu icon on the lower left and type cmd

2. Right click cmd and select Run As Administrator

3. In the command prompt; type sfc /scannow and hit enter.

4. Wait for the scan to finish. After the scanning finishes; you should  be able to access Outlook without the error.
