Error 0x80048830 is a mail app error which comes up while setting up accounts. When you see this error; that means the mail app is unable to configure your account. This is a Microsoft bug; so far there is no fix to it. My personal opinion is that Microsoft are working to release a few updates to Windows 10 which should fix these issues. However, until the issue has been completely resolved you can set your mail’s up on Thunderbird.
