Clean booting is a process which disables non-windows services and start-up programs which may not be needed.
If needed, they can be turned on but i highly recommend clean booting once every two months to filter out all unwanted services and start-up programs.
You can re-enable them later, or when needed. This process normally does not interrupts with the running of windows operations.
In order to clean boot your computer; simply follow the steps below.

To Clean Boot your Computer Hold the Windows Key and Press R on your keyboard to open Run Dialog OR simply click start and type msconfig in the search followed by Enter.
In Run Dialog type msconfig and click on the Services Tab and place a check on Hide All Microsoft Services then click on Disable All
Click Start Up Tab and click Disable All. Click Apply and Restart.
That’s it! After the restart, you will see significant improvement in the speed of your system.
