How to Access/Open Control Panel in Windows 10
Method 1: Start Menu or Keyboard Shortcut Method
Right click on the Start menu in the bottom-left corner of Windows 10. If you prefer to use the keyboard, you can press Win+X keyboard shortcut. This will open a contextual menu from where you can get to Control Panel.
Method 2: File Explorer Navigation Pane Method
Click on the “View” tab in Windows’ File Explorer, click “Navigation pane” button on the left, and click “Show all folders”.
In the navigation pane, on the left side of the Explorer window, you will see “Control Panel” icon. You can click this icon anytime to access “Control Panel”.
How to Change Control Panel View
By default, control panel starts in category view. However, if you prefer, you can change its view to show all items as large or small icons. Just go to View by drop-down menu on the upper-right corner of the explorer window and select your desired view by clicking the small arrow.
