Ensure that you are making use of a compatible USB to connect your phone to your computer.
Follow the screen instructions as soon as the computer detects the connected phone. If the phone does not connect within the first minute you can restart your phone. When the phone has been detected, with the USB connected to the computer, press and hold the Power and Volume down keys simultaneously. You are to release the keys when phone vibrates. Method 2: Nokia Software Recovery Tool (for other Nokia phones)
The Nokia Software Recovery Tool can be used to reinstall the software in many of the Series 30+/Series 40/Asha/Nokia Belle and Nokia X platform phones.
Download and install Nokia Software Recovery Tool to your computer. It is advisable to ensure that your phone’s battery is fully charged.
Start Nokia Software Recovery Tool, and connect your phone to your computer with a compatible USB cable. If prompted, select the correct USB mode on your phone: Nokia Suite or Modem. Follow the instructions shown on the tool to complete the recovery process.
This should resolve the issue with the 0x80070002 error.
